With You Care is led by Catherine Brown, a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in the health and care systems. Catherine's remarkable journey within the Health and Social Care industry spans over a decade, commencing in 2008. Her career has encompassed diverse settings, including the community, hospitals (including acute, MH secure units, and community hospitals), and the legal framework that underpins these interventions.

Catherine holds a master's degree in Social Work and is a qualified Best Interest assessor. She currently maintains her status as a registered Social Worker, bringing with her a wealth of experience in completing Social Care assessments, care plans, reviews, mental capacity assessments, and undertaking safeguarding S42 inquiries. Her expertise is a cornerstone of With You Care's commitment to delivering excellence.

Driven by her passion for making a difference in people's lives, Catherine identified a critical gap in service provision within the Social Care sector. She recognised that while there are several care agencies on the market, there are limitations in specific areas of support. Tasks like managing correspondence, attending appointments, assisting with benefit applications, and day-to-day affairs are often assumed by family members. However, for individuals without local family or friends to provide this essential help, the need remained unmet.

This realisation inspired Catherine to establish a care and support agency with a distinct purpose: to bridge the gap in the market and empower individuals to live independently while safeguarding them from potential abuse arising from their diagnosed difficulties, leaving them in a position of vulnerability. With You Care embodies Catherine's unwavering commitment to providing a holistic, compassionate, and professional service, ensuring that individuals can reach their full potential while receiving the care and support they deserve.
